Lazy and incompetent with little concern for the welfare of the citizens they claim to serve. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆a officer was suppose to come talk to me about my neighbor shooting towards my house. he shot a bird... that hit my childrens window left blood on the window.... i called at 6:06p.m. he said he had a couple calls then he would be over he also SAID he understood my husbands concern..
