- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Kendall and his staff have not provided my wife and I 5 star service to say the least. They were all gung ho at first to get our business but after that, fell way short. We just purchased a 2016 Malibu with On-Star that should come with an insurance discount but unfortunately he does not offer that discount. I asked why?? and Lupe said they just don't! They also are hard to get a hold of sometimes and don't return phone calls. There is one good thing , His price is hard to beat! Only one we found cheaper so far is Progressive by just a few dollars.
